  The staff is nice however the cost of putting on two shoulder patches came out to $20. They said they were busy and I had to pay the 20 or wait up to 3 weeks to wait for two patches to be done. I had to pay what I call a highway robbery. Hire more staff to complete simple orders that should not take 3 weeks.
